Kripalu Yoga is an interplay of body, mind and energy. Within the physical body is a subtle flow of rhythmic  energy pulsations we call Prana (life force energy). It uses classic

asanas (though not a particular set or routine) and pranayama (breathwork) to practice relaxation. Kripalu yoga is designed to adapt to all body types, ages and fitness levels.
